Reiki (pronounced “ray-key”) means Universal Life Energy.  This powerful energy healing modality treats the whole person: mentally, physically, emotionally, and spiritually. Reiki is soothing and has many benefits including:

  • A deep form of relaxation and stress reduction
  • Reiki helps clear blocked energy
  • Releases anxiety and anger
  • Enhanced self-awareness and calmness
  • Promoting a peaceful mind and facilitating mental clarity

Full-Body Reiki Treatment

A Full-Body Reiki Treatment generally takes around 1.5 hours. The client starts on their back and then lays on their stomach for the second half of the treatment.  I like to incorporate healing crystals, aromatherapy and foot reflexology with my sessions.

Reiki Tune-Up Sessions

If you do not have time for a full Reiki session, that is all right … you can try a “chakra balancing” tune up!  All my sessions are customizable to your needs and I am open to your suggestions as well.  We take our vehicles for tune up’s; we need to keep our bodies tuned in as well.

Holistic Wellness & Life Coaching assists clients to develop and engage in healthy mindsets and behaviours. Utilizing evidence-based theory and practice, a wellness coach empowers clients to improve their well-being through personal responsibility and self-motivation. Key points about wellness coaching:

Self-discovery, powerful questioning and holding the space for you.  My in-depth training as a coach will help gently guide you towards the actions you must take to better yourself and move forward towards wellness.

Healing Reiki energy helps balance the Chakras – leaving you feeling calm, relaxed and focused. This can really enhance a wellness coaching session and get to the root of your stuckness. Chakra balancing before coaching session and or full-body Reiki treatment followed by a 20-minute coaching session.  All of my sessions are customizable.
